Python, SAS or R)Experience with Pandas or SQL for data manipulation and analysisFamiliarity with machine learning techniques like gradient boosting machines and linear modelsPassion and ability for data exploration,



analysis and modelling in order to design and develop systems to support strategic business decisionsPreferably knowledge of the Tower Watson Suite: Emblem, RadarFluent in Italian and EnglishAbility to work independently as well as engage and interact with different stakeholdersPursuant to Article 5(1) of Legislative Decree No. 96 of 7 May 2026, as amended and supplemented from time to time, the range applicable to the position offered is between € 36.862,46 gross and € 45.000,00 gross. Employment will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the National Collective Labor Agreement for Insurance Companies and the applicable Company Agreement.
