ppSentinel Diagnostics, leader in the Development and Production of Diagnostic Kits for Clinical Chemistry, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Chromatography and Rapid Tests, in order to expand the PM Team, is looking for a: /ppProduct Manager – In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) /ph3About the Position /h3pWe are looking for a highly motivated and scientifically driven Product Manager to join our Product Management team and support the strategic growth of Sentinel Group's diagnostic portfolio. /ppResponsible for managing products across multiple diagnostic areas, including: /pulliClinical Chemistry Immunochemistry /liliFecal Immunochemical Testing (FIT) /liliMolecular Diagnostics /liliChromatography /liliLateral Flow Rapid Tests /li /ulpActing as the bridge between the market and the organization, the Product Manager will work closely with RD, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Sales and Marketing teams to identify market opportunities, drive innovation, support product development, and ensure successful product positioning and commercialization worldwide. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Product Lifecycle Management /h3pManage assigned products throughout their entire lifecycle, from concept and development to launch, growth, and phase-out. Define and execute product strategies aligned with corporate objectives and market needs. Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for portfolio optimization and expansion. Develop and maintain product roadmaps and business plans. /ph3Market Intelligence Strategic Planning /h3pAnalyze market trends, customer needs, healthcare dynamics, and competitive activities to identify business opportunities. Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their impact on the diagnostic market. Support strategic decision-making through market research and business intelligence activities. Contribute to the definition of product positioning, differentiation strategies, and value propositions. /ph3New Product Development /h3pGather and translate customer, clinical,
and commercial needs into product requirements and design inputs. Lead Product Management activities within cross-functional product development projects. Collaborate with RD teams to ensure that new products address unmet market needs and customer expectations. Support product verification, validation, performance evaluation, and market readiness activities. /ph3Scientific and Clinical Support /h3pDevelop scientific content to support product development, launches, training, and commercial activities. Organize and coordinate product evaluations, and scientific collaborations. Support the preparation of scientific publications, posters, abstracts, white papers, and congress presentations. Analyze scientific literature and translate clinical evidence into product value and customer benefits. /ph3Product Launch Commercial Excellence /h3pCollaborate with Marketing and Communication teams to define and execute product launch strategies. Provide scientific and marketing support to sales teams, distributors, and business partners. Develop product presentations, training programs, marketing materials, and competitive analyses. Deliver product training to internal and external stakeholders. /ph3KOL and Scientific Network Management /h3pEstablish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, laboratories, academic institutions, and scientific partners. Coordinate product evaluations, clinical studies, advisory boards, and collaborative research activities to support product development and market adoption. Represent the company within the scientific and diagnostic community.
/ph3Customer Communication Post-Market Activities /h3pCreate and maintain end-user documentation, including product guides, application notes, and technical documentation. Draft and distribute technical communications and product updates to customers and distributors. Collaborate with Quality and Regulatory Affairs teams on post-market surveillance activities. Review customer feedback, complaints, and field performance data to identify improvement opportunities. /ph3Industry Representation /h3pRepresent the company at national and international congresses, trade shows, workshops, and scientific meetings. Conduct customer visits and support interactions with strategic partners and distributors worldwide. /ph3Requirements /h3pMaster's Degree or equivalent in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Laboratory Sciences, or a related Life Science discipline /ppMinimum 3 years of experience in Product Management within the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) or Medical Device industry /ppStrong understanding of the diagnostic market and laboratory workflows /ppExperience supporting product development and product launch activities /ppAbility to interpret scientific literature and clinical data /ppExcellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills /ppStrong communication and presentation capabilities /ppProficiency in Microsoft Office applications /ppFluent written and spoken English /ppAvailability for international travel /ph3What We offer /h3pPermanent Contract, Full-Time /ppGross annual salary starting from € 40.000 plus annual premio /ppCompany car, laptop, phone /ppCompany welfare /ppDaily meal vouchers /ph3Work Location /h3pMilan (Lorenteggio – M1 Bisceglie) /ppLa ricerca è estesa ad entrambi i sessi (L. 903/77 e 125/91).
