Coordinate with network partner on different operational issues and workflow enhancement.



Assist in different billing logistic and operationProcess Management - Setup and enhance workflow and process to ensure the operation is comply with different company policyReporting - Assist the team in preparing different management report. Working closely with product team to feedback any area for improvement, especially from local operation perspectiveJob RequirementsDegree holder in Business Management or MarketingFirst experience in telecommunication industryExperience gained from Mobile Network Operator is highly preferred, especially with experience working in multiple operational functions within the operatorExperience in operation support function is definitely an advantageBasic knowledge of mobile network.
