/li liAct as the internal advocate for the client, collaborating with Customer Success, Product, Technical Support, and Finance teams to ensure seamless delivery and issue resolution. /li liMonitor industry trends, competitor movements, and account metrics to identify emerging risks and commercial opportunities. /li /ul h3bWhat We’re Looking For /b /h3 ul li3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development within a B2B technology, fintech, payments, SaaS, or consulting environment. /li liProven experience managing existing client relationships, contract renewals, and upselling or cross-selling opportunities. /li liStrong commercial mindset and the ability to identify business opportunities within complex client organizations. /li liGood understanding of technology-driven products and the ability to quickly learn complex solutions. /li liWorking knowledge of APIs, digital payments, BaaS, core banking, and payment infrastructure. /li liGood understanding of the payments ecosystem, including payment rails and schemes such as SEPA, SWIFT, instant payments, issuing, acquiring, and clearing flows. /li liWorking knowledge of key regulatory and compliance topics relevant to fintech and payments, including KYC, AML, and PCI-DSS. /li liAbility to engage confidently with both business and technical stakeholders, including Product, Technology, Finance, and Compliance teams. /li liFluency in English.
