As a Buyer at Saipem, you support the Milan Procurement Section by handling RFQs, guiding vendors through proposals, and optimizing bid outcomes. You lead commercial negotiations, manage deviations to purchase orders, and ensure compliant procurement processes. This role combines supplier management with SAP-based purchasing, offering exposure to global energy projects. You join a safety- and sustainability-focused team driving complex onshore/offshore work.

- Issue RFQs to vendors based on purchasing requests and assist them with bid preparation under confidentiality
- Prepare commercial bid tabulations to compare proposals and identify actions to improve outcomes
- Lead commercial/economic negotiations and manage deviations to purchase order documents
- Prepare Purchase Orders and close xysqume bid processes with vendor confirmations
- Perform activities in compliance with procedures and provided systems/tools
- Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
- minimum 3 years as Buyer within Oil&Gas; or EPC
- English mandatory; other languages appreciated
