The role involves providing legal counsel to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on emerging technology sectors. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing compliance policies, conducting risk assessments, and advising on data protection and privacy laws.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement compliance frameworks tailored to the client’s operational needs and regulatory obligations.- Review and update existing policies and procedures to align with evolving legal and industry standards.- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and recommend mitigations.- Provide guidance on cross-border regulatory requirements, particularly in technology and data-driven industries.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with federal, state, and international laws.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with a focus on compliance, corporate law,
