Identify suitable initiatives to support efficiency improvement objectives.

Within Operations, specifically in the Continuous Improvement, Transformation & Work Analysis operational unit for the Venegono and Cameri sites, we are looking for a specialist in Continuous Improvement and Digital Initiatives.

The resource will be inserted in a dynamic context and will be responsible for:

- Disseminating Lean Manufacturing methodologies, with particular reference to the operational management of the Leonardo Production System (LPS) methodology derived from World Class Manufacturing (WCM);
- Analyzing and managing active projects (kaizen) at the B.U. Aircraft plants;
- Analyzing and managing digital initiatives of the Operations area of the B.U. Aircraft;





Requirements:

Educational Qualification:
Degree in technical disciplines, preferably Engineering, or alternatively a higher technical diploma.

Required experience level:
Expert or Junior

Technical skills:

- Knowledge of production processes, flow analysis, and typical workloads of manufacturing companies (preference for defense sector companies);
- Knowledge and mastery of Lean Manufacturing tools, with a preference for the WCM field;
- Knowledge of the main digital initiatives in the industrial world, with a preference for Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Behavioral skills:

- Good communication skills and good relational attitude;
- Organizational and planning skills;
- Problem Solving attitude;
- Results-oriented;
- Ability to work in teams and in complex, multi-project contexts.

Language skills:
Good knowledge of spoken and written English.

Computer skills:

- Knowledge of Office applications
- Knowledge and mastery of project activity planning tools (ref. project planner).
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (e.g., MS Power BI)
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools

Other preferred qualifications:

- At least 3 years of experience in a production environment;
- Knowledge of WCM or equivalent lean techniques applied in the industrial world;
- Application of digital initiatives applied in the industrial world;
- Management of Industry 4.0 projects

Areas and professional profiles compatible with the position:
Experience already gained in Continuous Improvement or with technical entities.
