/p h3Role and responsibilities /h3 pWe are looking for a bSenior Databricks Solution Architect /b to join our Data team and act as a technical reference across Databricks projects.
The role combines hands-on technical expertise, project leadership, client advisory and pre-sales activities,



with the opportunity to drive the growth of Databricks capabilities within the organization.
/p h3Activities /h3 ul liAct as the bDatabricks technical expert and reference point /b across projects.
/li liLead Databricks projects, guiding both the internal team and the client.
/li liSupport clients in defining bdata architectures and Databricks solutions /b.
/li liContribute to bpre-sales activities /b, including technical workshops, proposals and client presentations.
/li liMentor team members and promote Databricks best practices and knowledge sharing.
/li liStay up to date with the Databricks ecosystem and drive the adoption of new capabilities.
/li libCertified Databricks Champion; /b /li liA minimum of b6-7 years of overall experience /b in Data, Data Engineering, Data Analytics or related fields; /li libAt least 3 years of hands-on experience with Databricks /b in enterprise projects; /li liProven experience working as a Databricks technical lead / expert, with the bability to guide both technical teams and clients; /b /li liProven ability to translate business requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions; /li liExcellent bcommunication and stakeholder management skills /b, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and business audiences; /li liExperience contributing to or leading pre-sales activities and technical proposals; /li liStrong problem-solving, leadership and mentoring skills; /li liFluent English and ability to work in an international environment.
