/ph3Your profile /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
/lili3-7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role supporting enterprise applications.
/liliStrong understanding of CRM, ERP, WMS, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics or related business systems.
Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
/liliExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications.
/liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business impacts, evaluate solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
/liliProficiency in SQL and database query tools is required for data analysis, troubleshooting, reporting, and validation of business requirements.
/liliExperience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar analytics platforms is highly preferred.
/liliFamiliarity with APIs, system integrations, data models, and enterprise application architectures.




/liliBasic Python scripting skills for data analysis and automation are a plus.
/liliFluent in English and the local market language.
Chinese language skills are considered an advantage.

/liliCollaborate with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to design and implement effective technology solutions.
/liliValidate proposed solutions and ensure they meet business requirements, operational needs, and user expectations.
/liliLead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate business validation activities, and support successful solution deployment.
/liliAnalyze business and operational data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement and automation.
/liliDevelop and maintain business process documentation, system operation manuals, training materials, and user guides.
/liliProvide functional support, user training, and ongoing system administration for business-critical applications.
/liliManage and support key business systems including CRM, Digital Marketing Platforms, Dealer Systems, API integrations, and related business applications.
