ph3Junior Associate Lawyer - Debt Capital Markets - Milan /h3 pWe are looking for a talented bJunior Associate Lawyer /b to join the bDebt Capital Markets team /b of a leading international law firm in Milan, working closely with a highly experienced Partner and advising leading financial institutions and Italian and international corporates. /p pThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of bdebt capital markets and structured finance transactions /b, working alongside senior lawyers on complex, cross-border matters. /p h3The role / The Junior Associate will be involved in: /h3 ul liDebt capital markets transactions, including bEMTN programmes and issuances /b, stand-alone bond transactions and retail offerings; /li libTender and exchange offers /b relating to debt securities; /li liPreparation and review of regulatory and transactional documentation; /li liStructured finance transactions and related legal matters; /li liFinancial regulatory and compliance issues arising in connection with capital markets transactions; /li /ul h3The ideal candidate /h3 pWe are looking for a bjunior Italian-qualified lawyer /b, ideally with b1–3 years' experience /b gained within a recognised Italian or international law firm, with a genuine interest in bDebt Capital Markets, Banking Finance or Capital Markets /b.
