The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer projects from order intake through final on-site acceptance, ensuring that project objectives related to cost, schedule, quality, and risk management are achieved. The role requires close collaboration with internal departments and customers throughout the entire project lifecycle. The position includes international travel of approximately 30% of working time. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage assigned projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from project kick-off to final customer acceptance /li liMonitor and control project costs,



ensuring alignment with approved budgets and contractual commitments /li liDevelop and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones and ensuring timely execution /li liIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing appropriate corrective actions when required /li liCoordinate cross-functional teams involved in engineering, manufacturing, procurement, installation, and commissioning activities /li liAct as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project-related matters /li liEnsure compliance with contractual requirements and agreed project deliverables /li liMonitor project performance and provide regular progress updates to internal stakeholders and customers /li liManage scope changes, evaluating their impact on costs, timing, and resources /li liSupport installation, start-up, and commissioning activities at customer sites /li liLead project review meetings and drive issue resolution throughout the project execution phase /li liEnsure proper project closure, including documentation completion and formal customer acceptance /li /ul h3What You Need to Be Successful /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Industrial Management,



or a related technical field /li liApproximately 5 years of experience in project management within industrial machinery, automation, manufacturing, or engineering environments /li liProven experience in managing project costs, risks, schedules, and customer relationships /li liGood understanding of project management methodologies and tools /li liAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /li liExcellent communication and organizational abilities /li liCustomer-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills /li liProfessional proficiency in English; additional languages are considered a plus /li liAvailability to travel internationally up to approximately 30% of working time /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 ul liCompensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 40,800, in line with experience.
