Inclusion on the roster list will be active for the ongoing year and can be renewed upon mutual agreement between WeWorld and the roster list members. /p h3Job description /h3 pThe Country Head of Programmes will supervise all ongoing projects in the country in accordance with the strategy, plans and policies of the WeWorld mission in Ukraine. The Country Head of Programs will ensure technical and quality control of ongoing project interventions and contribute to the development of new interventions. The Head of Programmes will work closely with the Country Representative, the Head of Support Services and the Regional Unit, to maintain and develop strategically WeWorld portfolio, in accordance with WeWorld Global and National strategy. /p h3Main tasks and Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure the high-quality implementation,



monitoring, and performance of the entire country programme portfolio. /li liOversee and coordinate the delivery of ongoing programmes, ensuring strategic coherence, compliance with donor requirements, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability. /li liProvide leadership, guidance and quality assurance to Programme Managers, the MEAL team, and Technical Experts, in close coordination with the Country Representative. /li liDirectly supervise project staff, fostering effective teamwork, performance management, and proactive identification of resource gaps and operational bottlenecks. /li liContribute to the development and implementation of the country strategy, supporting strategic planning under the guidance of the Country Representative. /li liLead and coordinate the design and development of new projects, including needs assessment, logical framework development, proposal writing, and budget preparation, in collaboration with headquarters, technical advisors, and other relevant stakeholders. /li liOversee the preparation and quality control of donor reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance, in collaboration with the MEAL and Programme teams. /li liRepresent WeWorld in relevant coordination forums, sector working groups, and stakeholder meetings as delegated. /li liEnsure active and effective participation in clusters and inter-agency coordination mechanisms to strengthen partnerships, information sharing, and programme impact.
