Bulgaria | Remote Position Overview We are seeking a
Slovenian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an
international customer service team. This position offers the
flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within Bulgaria. Key
Responsibilities Provide professional customer support via phone,
chat, and email. Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and
service-related issues. Identify customer needs and provide
accurate and effective solutions. Resolve customer concerns
efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service. Ensure a
positive customer experience throughout all interactions.
Requirements Fluent proficiency in Slovenian. Strong communication
and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused and professional
approach. Ability to provide effective support across multiple
communication channels. Candidates must be based in Bulgaria.
Working Schedule Monday to Friday. Working hours between 08:00 and
19:00. Work Model Fully remote. Work from anywhere within
Bulgaria.
