The ideal candidate is an Italian-speaking professional, fluent in English, with a passion forinnovation, technology, and luxury fashion, and a strong interest in marketing, the latest trends, and technology in fashion ecosystems globally.
Your role:
You will support Ingenium's marketing activities, contributing to the development of our digital presence and communication strategy.
You will work across social media, content, digital marketing, and market research, helping us identify relevant trends and opportunities within the global Fashion and Luxury ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution ofmarketing activities and strategies.
Conductmarket and trend researchwithin the Fashion, Luxury, and Innovation ecosystems.
Contribute tosocial media management and community engagementacross major platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram.
Assist with the creation and optimization ofmarketing and communication content.
Supportdigital marketing and SEO activities, including content optimization.
Researchemerging trends, technologies, brands, and startupsrelevant to the Fashion and Luxury ecosystem.
Monitor and analyzemarketing performance and engagement metrics.




Contribute to the preparation ofpresentations, reports, and marketing materials.
Support the team across ongoingprojects, initiatives, and events.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree inMarketing, Communications, or a related field.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Excellent written communication skills.
Basic knowledge ofmarketing principles and digital strategies.
Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g.LinkedIn, Instagram,Twitter/X).
Basic understanding ofSEO and content optimization practices.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and proposeinnovative marketing ideasto reach target audiences effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Ability to adapt to afast-paced environmentand work effectively both independently and within a team.
Passion forFashion, Luxury, Innovation, Technology, and Made in Italy.
Flexibility to start as an intern with thepotential for full-time hiring based on performance and company needs.
