Antonio Marras entered the fashion world almost by chance in 1987. He debuted in Milan with the collection bearing his name in 1999. From the beginning, he became known for his experimentation and his ability to narrate the different realities around him, creating mixtures of art, music, dance, theater, and cinema, his great passion.

Remaining always impossible to classify as a pure designer, and favoring dialogue between haute couture and RTW, Antonio Marras remains unique in his genre, applying his personal vision to all the fields he explores.

For our Boutique in Milan, we are looking for a Client Advisor.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers by promoting the brand's culture and conveying the spirit of Antonio Marras; being a client advisor means being a Brand Ambassador for the brand;

- Finalize store sales objectives, constantly monitoring KPIs, using specific techniques for effective sales (with particular attention to upselling and cross-selling);

- Ensure the correct application of the Antonio Marras customer experience (sales ceremony) by providing excellent customer service (pre and post-sales);

- Collect and update customer information, as well as purchase history, in order to develop a relevant customer portfolio that allows understanding their needs and purchasing attitudes;

- Contribute to creating a positive work environment and a team based on sharing know-how and best practices;

- Follow visual merchandising guidelines;

- Ensure correct replenishment and effective management of warehouse stock.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury sector;

- Great passion for fashion, knowledge of trends, and strong sensitivity to the product;

- Excellent sales skills and goal orientation;

- Fluent knowledge of English; knowledge of a second language is considered a plus;

- The profile is completed by: flexibility, dynamism, and teamwork, as well as excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and proactivity.
