/li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 pTMS Project Engineering Manager is in charge for: /p ul limanage the technical contractual scope of the project in front of the Customer: ul libe accountable for performance and the Customer acceptance of the project solution; /li limanage the project technical risks and the corresponding mitigation plan; /li litogether with the Project Manager and the Project Technical Manager, in case of contractual scope evolution, rise variation order and manage it; /li liidentify which are the applicable regulations in the Customer country/city and ensure they are taken into account in project solution design; /li liensure that all the requirements of the contract are fully addressed throughout the project lifecycle, from the capture stage up to the demonstration; /li /ul /li lilead the project TMS solution deployment and ensure operational coordination of all project activities related to TMS Engineering: ul lidefine the Engineering Strategy, formalize it inside the SyEMP and ensure its deployment; /li liact as a chairman of Project Change Control Board (CCB); /li libe accountable for TMS Engineering Work Packages QCDP,
