They're looking for a hands-on Financial Controller to look after the numbers across their hotels and the companies that own them. /ppbr / /ppWhat you'd be doing: /ppbr / /pp* Running the monthly close and management reporting across the hotels and group entities /pp* Property-level reporting including USALI, making sure the numbers agree with what's happening in operations /pp* Bank reconciliations, payment runs, supplier terms and cash management across several countries /pp* Controls, fixed asset and capex registers, inventory counts /pp* Preparing reporting for the owners: cash flow, capex, intercompany /pp* Helping bring accounting work in-house that's currently outsourced /pp* Supporting new acquisitions and openings,



getting reporting and controls in place from day one /ppbr / /ppThis is a doing role. You'll have bookkeeping and admin support, but the reconciliations, the close and the reporting are yours. Ideal for someone who likes owning the detail. /ppbr / /ppWho we're looking for: /ppbr / /pp* 5+ years in hotel or hospitality finance, ideally as a Financial Controller, Assistant Director of Finance or similar /pp* You've run a month-end close yourself and know USALI /pp* Italian statutory and tax experience is a strong advantage /pp* Experience across more than one property or entity is a plus /pp* Comfortable with modern finance tools and automation, not just spreadsheets /pp* Fluent English essential /ppbr / /ppA great step for a hotel finance professional who wants exposure to the ownership and investment side of hospitality. /ppbr / /ppCompetitive package.
