The role will focus on supporting and executing projects in the areas of bManufacturing Execution Systems (MES) /b, bOperational Technology (OT) /b, and bBusiness Intelligence (BI) /b, contributing to the digital transformation roadmap across our global Operations. /p pThe ideal candidate has a solid technical background, hands‑on experience in MES and OT environments, and a passion for data‑driven innovation and agile digitalization projects. He/She will work closely with our Manufacturing Engineering, IT and other BPI teams to support the implementation of digital solutions that improve efficiency, traceability, and performance on the shop floor. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the execution of innovation projects across all phases requirements gathering, functional analysis, technical specifications, testing, go‑live, and post‑deployment monitoring. /li liCollaborate with IT teams, system integrators, and solution providers to ensure successful project delivery.



/li liAnalyze shop floor data and contribute to the development of Business Intelligence reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor operational performance. /li liProvide day‑to‑day support for MES and OT solutions, including troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liCoordinate with other BPI Centers of Excellence (e.g., Digital Manufacturing DIGMA, Digital‑SPC, AI Advanced Analytics, Traceability, Smart Retail Operations) to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across initiatives. /li /ul h3Main Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Statistic, Industrial Automation, or a related field. /li liKnowledge of MES, OT systems, Power-BI and other digital manufacturing projects /li liKnowledge of manufacturing processes and Industry 4.0 principles. /li liFamiliarity with systems such as SCADA, PLCs, data historians, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI). /li liGood analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liStrong communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative mindset. /li liFluent in English; French or other languages are a plus. /li /ul h3Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment /h3 pWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
