/ppAs a bResearch Stream / Project Leader /b, you will lead complex research initiatives across strategic technology domains, connecting experimentation, modeling and multidisciplinary expertise to transform uncertainty into structured, reusable knowledge.br/This is not a traditional project role.
You will combine bproject leadership with a research mindset /b, creating the conditions for multidisciplinary teams to explore, learn and progressively converge toward knowledge that can enable future products and technologies.
/ph3What you'll do /h3ulliLead and coordinate bcomplex, multidisciplinary research projects and streams /b, involving internal functions, universities and external partners /liliCoordinate experiments, simulations and technical investigations, ensuring that activities are connected to clear bknowledge gaps and research objectives /b /liliConnect bResearch, Development, Simulation, Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering, Quality, /b and external research partners /liliGuide projects toward the generation of bstructured, reusable engineering knowledge /b, such as models, trade-off curves, feasibility maps and reference frameworks /liliSupport teams in exploring alternatives,



understanding trade-offs and progressively converging through evidence /liliTranslate complex findings into clear insights that support evidence-based decisions for future products and technologies /liliFacilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and research ecosystems /li /ulh3What we're looking for /h3ulliMaster's degree in Engineering (PhD is a plus) /liliAt least 4 years of experience bcoordinating research and/or product development projects /b, preferably bfunded projects and/or projects involving universities and external partners /b /liliExperience working across multidisciplinary teams and functions; exposure to bProduct Development, Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering and Quality /b is a plus /liliStrong technical background and curiosity across engineering domains.
Experience in bmaterials, hydraulics or domestic hot water applications /b is particularly relevant; knowledge of energy systems, heat transfer and thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, acoustics, electronics or control systems is ba plus /b /liliStrong bproject management, systems-thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills /b /liliA bresearch and exploratory mindset /b: ability to operate in uncertain environments and manage projects so that learning is progressively transformed into bstructured and reusable knowledge /b /liliHands-on attitude and interest in research /liliWillingness to work with Lean / Agile project management approaches; PMP certification is a plus /liliFluent English and Italian /li /ulh3Why join us?
