/ph3Job Description /h3ulliProvide technical service and support at customer sites within the assigned territory, with occasional travel throughout the rest of Italy.
/liliPerform repairs, preventive maintenance, calibrations, and adjustments in accordance with company procedures and quality standards, ensuring excellent service delivery.

/liliEnsure a high level of customer care and satisfaction.
/liliUse SAP/CRM systems to document and manage service activities.

/liliTechnical secondary school diploma, preferably in Electronics.
/liliPrevious experience as a Field Service Engineer.
/liliStrong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills in electrical, electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
/liliGood command of English (minimum B1 level).




/liliPrevious experience providing technical service for scientific laboratory or process instrumentation is considered an advantage.
