ResponsibilitiesPlan and prepare daily meals, special dinners, and events tailored to clients' preferences and dietary requirements
Manage kitchen inventory, sourcing, and supplier relationships
Maintain highest standards of food safety and kitchen hygiene
Travel according to the projects
RequirementsExperience in Luxury hotels and in the yatching industry.
Proficiency in multiple cuisines
Strong knowledge of nutrition and dietary needs
Absolute discretion and professional conduct
Flexibility to travel
English is mandatory
