As a Business Development Representative Intern (all genders), you'll play an active role in supporting Lucanet's growth in Italy, working alongside our Sales team to turn outbound prospecting into qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.
You'll be based at our Italian office in Civitanova Marche, working closely with Sales executives on outbound and inbound lead generation for the Italian market.

What You'll Do
Prospect new business opportunities in Italy through outbound calls, emails, and social selling
Qualify inbound leads and assess their fit for Lucanet's CPM platform
Build relationships with stakeholders up to C-level executives to uncover their needs
Pass qualified leads to Account Executives and help arrange meetings, calls, or emails
Represent Lucanet as a brand ambassador in every prospect interaction
Support the Sales team in reaching company goals and targets
Learn Lucanet's CPM platform to speak credibly about its value to prospects
You have
A completed degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field, with genuine interest in starting a career in sales
Business fluent Italian and good English, written and spoken
The confidence to pick up the phone and connect with new people daily
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple prospects and follow-ups at once
It's a plus if you also have
Familiarity with CRM or sales tools from coursework, tempo parziale work, or personal projects
Exposure to SaaS or B2B software environments
The compensation for the role is 700 EUR/month.
