ams OSRAM is seeking a Verification Leader in Italy to define verification strategies for broadband optical communication ICs, including high-frequency mixed-signal interfaces and high-speed datapaths. You will lead block and chip-level verification and drive coverage closure and quality metrics.
The role requires MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of verification experience, expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM, and experience with FinFET/FD-SOI CMOS nodes.
