ppFor our headquarters in Concorezzo (MB), Frette is seeking a bSalesforce Business Analyst Administrator /b to support the implementation, configuration, management, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform. /p pThe role will play a particularly important part during the initial implementation phase: the successful candidate will work closely with commercial departments to understand their processes, business needs, and priorities, translating them into functional and Salesforce requirements and collaborating with the external consultant responsible for the implementation to ensure that the solution developed effectively meets the company's needs. /p pOnce the platform is implemented, the successful candidate will be responsible for its day-to-day administration and maintenance, while also providing user support, contributing to process optimization, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 h3Business Analysis Salesforce Implementation /h3 ul liCollaborate with commercial departments and other business stakeholders to understand processes, operational needs, and business objectives. /li liGather, analyze, and document functional requirements. /li liTranslate business needs into functional requirements and solutions that can be implemented within Salesforce. /li liAssess existing processes and identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and improvement. /li liAct as a bridge between the business and the external Salesforce consultant, ensuring that business requirements are correctly understood and translated into the technical solution. /li liCollaborate with the external consultant throughout the design, configuration, testing, and implementation phases of the platform. /li liSupport prioritization and contribute to the evaluation of different Salesforce solutions against business requirements. /li liParticipate in functional testing and UAT, ensuring that implemented solutions meet agreed requirements. /li liSupport the preparation of documentation related to processes,



configurations, and platform functionalities. /li liSupport change management and user adoption of the platform. /li liAdminister and support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments. /li liManage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings. /li liConfigure and customize objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules. /li liBuild and maintain automation using Salesforce Flow and available platform tools. /li liSupport sales processes, including lead management, opportunity management, and forecasting. /li liSupport customer service processes, including case management, queues, SLAs, and escalations. /li liCreate and maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs. /li liProvide user support and contribute to user training and platform adoption. /li liAnalyze and resolve functional and technical Salesforce issues, coordinating with the external consultant when required. /li liContribute to data quality through data management, data imports, deduplication, and governance best practices. /li liSupport the management of integrations with third-party systems, working with external partners and relevant technical teams. /li liMonitor Salesforce releases and new functionalities and assess their potential application within Frette. /li liMaintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, functionalities, and best practices. /li /ul h3SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul li3–5 years of experience in Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant, Salesforce Functional Analyst, or similar roles. /li liHands‑on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Flow.



/li liExcellent command of both bItalian and English /b. /li liGood understanding of the Salesforce data model and security model. /li liExperience configuring Salesforce and building Flows and automation. /li liGood knowledge of reports, dashboards, and Salesforce data management tools. /li liAbility to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements. /li liAbility to translate business needs into Salesforce requirements and solutions. /li liExperience working with non‑technical stakeholders and external consultants / system integrators. /li liStrong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. /li liAnalytical mindset, problem‑solving skills, and ability to work independently. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liPrevious experience in Retail, Luxury, Hospitality, or Wholesale environments. /li liExperience in Salesforce implementation or transformation projects. /li liFamiliarity with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and middleware. /li liExperience in business analysis, process mapping, or functional consulting. /li liExperience managing projects involving external consultants or system integrators. /li liSalesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or additional Salesforce certifications are a plus. /li /ul pWe offer a full-time contract under the CCNL Tessile-Industria with an indicative gross annual salary of €60,000–65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
