The Group
Our Group investigates the molecular mechanisms underlying host–virus interactions, using both in vitro and in vivo models. This research is also integrated within the European Institute of Oncology's (IEO) Head and Neck Cancer Program and includes multidisciplinary studies aimed at understanding the molecular determinants of head and neck cancer and their potential clinical relevance.
Within this framework, the group contributes to the OPTIMIZE project, which aims to identify multiomics signatures that may support the personalization of induction and neoadjuvant treatments and improve laryngeal preservation strategies.
The candidate




We are looking for an exceptional and enthusiastic young postdoctoral researcher to contribute to and further develop the multidisciplinary OPTIMIZE project: "Multiomics signature to customize induction or neoadjuvant treatments for optimizing laryngeal preservation strategies."
The project combines multidisciplinary approaches to investigate molecular signatures that may help optimize treatment selection and laryngeal preservation strategies in head and neck cancer. More information about the OPTIMIZE project is available here.
The ideal candidate should have a background in cellular and molecular biology and a recently obtained a PhD degree in life sciences/biological sciences or related disciplines.
Experience in bioinformatics is a plus.
