Within the Quality & Safety Management organizational unit, within the scope of Company Certification, in the Aeronautical Organizations Certification unit, for the Pomigliano (NA) site, a Company Certifications officer is sought who will deal with the following activities:

Internal Compliance: Internal Audit Supervision, Findings Management, Corrective Action and Preventive Action Evaluation

Documentation:



Ownership of organizational manuals, continuous updating.

Regulatory Monitoring: Proactive monitoring of EMAR amendments (Part-145, Part-M, CAMO, Part-147) and impact on MOE/MME/CAME/SGQ.

Education:

- Degree in engineering (preferably aeronautical) or other technical disciplines

Technical skills:

- Knowledge of civil/military basic, initial and continuing airworthiness regulations;

- Previous experience in EASA/ENAC/DAAA approved aeronautical organizations in quality assurance and/or engineering and/or product conformity control;

- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends and implement effective improvement strategies.

Behavioral skills:

- Relational skills and adaptability;

- Ability to manage meetings/sessions in the presence of managers from other companies (suppliers), guiding participants through agenda topics, summarizing and providing explanations on the topics covered;

- Attitude to work in a team, flexibility, determination, decisiveness;

- Problem-solving attitude;

- Effective communication and negotiation skills.

Language skills:

- Knowledge of spoken and written English (B2 or higher)

Computer skills:

- Knowledge of MS Office package and in particular Word/Excel/PowerPoint;

Other

- Availability for short trips and business trips in Italy and abroad
