Antonio Marras entered the fashion world almost by chance in 1987. He debuted in Milan with the collection bearing his name in 1999. For our Alghero Laboratory, we are looking for a pattern maker.

As a pattern maker, you will contribute to the development of new collections by realizing the creative director's idea, starting from existing patterns or sketches.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Creating and developing patterns, from the design phase to prototype realization, respecting the creative director's stylistic expectations and the brand's quality requirements;
- Correction and debugging of patterns to ensure impeccable fit;
- Size development;
- Sharing any technical and manufacturing criticalities in the early prototyping phases;
- Collaborating with the style, product, and prototyping team for garment realization;
- Using CAD software for pattern making, placement, and size development;
- Supervising the creation of samples with particular attention to industrialization criteria to ensure correct production.

WE WOULD REALLY LIKE TO MEET YOU IF:

- You have a diploma as a pattern maker;
- You have experience in the role at highly structured luxury companies;
- You have mastery of CAD (Lectra Modaris);
- You have advanced skills in size development and debugging;
- You have in-depth knowledge of pattern making techniques, materials, and tailoring processes.
