Responsibilities
Monitor in-game chat and interactions to ensure compliance with community guidelines and safety standards.

Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on moderation tools and best practices.
Requirements
Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in online moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred.
Strong understanding of gaming culture and community dynamics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility in moderating content.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
