#ELC Facility
The Role
The intern will join the
Facility Team
, reporting to the HSE Manager e facility coordinator, and will support key activities in
workplace safety
,
environmental compliance
,
facility management
, and
general services
.
We work closely with all departments in a dynamic and diverse environment, offering hands-on experience and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Performance Areas
You will support the Health & Safety and Facility team in day-to-day operations across our retail network and HQ:
- Support activities related to the RENTRI portal (waste traceability);
- Help monitor waste management processes;
- Assist in coordinating maintenance activities across retail stores;
- Support facility management activities at headquarters;
- Contribute to the organization and tracking of Health & Safety training (D.Lgs. *****);
- Update training records and safety documentation;
- Support the digitalization and archiving of store documents.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields;
- Passion and curiosity for environmental sustainability, workplace safety, and facility management;
- Basic knowledge of Legislative Decrees *****;
- Good command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
