What do we expect you to bring?
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics Engineering or a related field.
•5–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Architecture or related disciplines.
•Experience in insurance, banking or financial services is a strong advantage.
Practical knowledge of TOGAF, ArchiMate or similar enterprise architecture frameworks; certification is not mandatory.
•Experience in BPMN 2.0 and business process modelling.
•Hands-on experience with modelling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Sparx EA or similar.
Good understanding of enterprise integration concepts and middleware technologies such as API, ESB and microservices.
Practical knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira.
Strong documentation and presentation skills, particularly in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure complex business problems.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to translate abstract concepts into clear and understandable models.
Proactive,



detail-oriented and collaborative working style.
Willingness and ability to learn new concepts, methodologies and industry knowledge quickly.
TOGAF, ArchiMate or similar architecture-related trainings or certifications are preferred.
BPMN / Business Process Modelling related trainings are an advantage.
Business Architecture or Enterprise Architecture related certifications are considered an advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English.
How can you make an impact?
•Develop and maintain Business Architecture standards for Allianz products and business functions, ensuring consistency and alignment with defined standards.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business requirements, objectives and strategic priorities and translate them into structured and scalable business architecture models.
Analyse existing and target-state business processes, systems and capabilities and identify improvement and development opportunities.
Develop target Business Architecture models, roadmaps and transition plans aligned with Allianz's strategic objectives.
Support business transformation initiatives by providing Business Architecture guidance and ensuring alignment between business needs and target-state solutions.
Work closely with Solution, Enterprise and Security Architecture teams to ensure that technology solutions are aligned with Business Architecture requirements.
Support impact analysis and evaluation of new business initiatives, processes and system changes from a Business Architecture perspective.
Takes an active role in SDLC, portfolio management activities, ensuring that projects and changes are aligned with business architecture standards an strategic priorities.
Maintain Business Architecture documentation, models and related artefacts and ensure architectural consistency across initiatives.
