Wood is recruiting for a Senior Process Engineer with expertise of power generation, utilities and offsites, to join its Projects business line focusing on engineering, procurement and construction of complex plants in the Chemical, Petrochemical and Energy industries.
The position will be based in Corsico (Milan) office, with the possibility to work from home up to two days per week.

Responsibilities
The key objectives for this role are:
Focusing on the Power generation, Utilities and Offsite systems, your work will mainly be the following:
carry out Process calculations, simulations, heat & material balances, Process flow diagrams, data sheets and other Process deliverables, in agreement with the Process Standards and the applicable project norms
check and comment the deliverables prepared by the Process Engineers assigned on the project




review and comment documents from Licensors and Vendors
interact with the other Engineering Disciplines as necessary to prepare the Process deliverables and ensure their follow-up
attend project reviews like P&ID; review, Hazid, Hazop, etc
contribute as requested to the development of standardized tools and procedures
coordinate the process team resources assigned on the project
coordinate with the Client personnel as requested along the development of the project

Expected:
MSc degree in Chemical Engineering
Proven strong experience (5-10 yrs) in design of power generation, utilities and offsites
Knowledge of process simulators
Excellent technical background in the same role
Fluent in English and Italian
Availability to accept responsibilities
Flexibility to cope with project and Company needs
Client focus and attitude to team work

Compensation
Gross Annual Salary: the initial gross annual salary will be € 47,******, paid in 14 instalments
The compensation package will include applicable CCNL elements and company benefits
