The selected candidate will report to the
Manager Human Resources Operations.

The
Intern – Human Resources Operations
will gain exposure through:
Assisting in the maintenance and regular updating of employee records and HR databases
Supporting offboarding procedures, including documentation handling and system updates




Coordinating leave management and tracking employee attendance
Assisting with HR audits and with ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations
Participating in HR process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience
Helping to plan and execute quarterly employee engagement activities and events, including collecting post-event feedback for future improvements

Candidate profile:
Currently following a degree or a professional qualification
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Positive working attitude with a result-oriented mindset
Familiarity with HRIS systems is an advantage
