What you'll do
Ensure efficient and smooth execution of company mobility processes (e.g. fleet, travel management)
Manage full lifecycle of company car fleet, including purchasing, selling, maintenance and handover processes
Ensure effective cooperation with mobility-related suppliers and service providers
Plan, control and optimize mobility budget and ensure cost efficiency
Lead and participate in cross-functional mobility and procurement projects in Baltics
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and act as main point of contact for mobility-related topics
Follow, update and improve internal processes, track KPIs and prepare reports and presentations
About you




Higher education in business administration, supply chain, technical or related field
At least 2 years of experience in project management, procurement or mobility-related role
Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or MS Office
Strong project management skills
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in international environment is a advantage
Category B driving licence
