What you'll do
Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from research and negotiations to contracting and administration across the Baltics
Negotiate and ensure best contractual conditions
Ensure supplier management inside and outside Baltics
Follow, update and improve internal procurement policies
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify needs and deliver procurement solutions
Participate in local and international projects
Execute administrative tasks, track KPIs and create presentations
Act as business owner for assigned procurement areas (e.g. Facility Management, IT, Marketing, HR)
About you
Higher education




At least 2 years of experience in procurement or project management
Fluent in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written)
Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented with a structured approach to work
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
Confident in presenting and defending own proposals with logical arguments
Ability to work independently and in a team
Category B driving licence
