Your Role:
Provide customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients using various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a great customer experience.
Utilize internal systems to manage client information and resolve issues effectively.
Collaborate with team members to deliver top-quality support.
