We are looking for a candidate who wishes to further develop his or her career into the role of Enterprise Architect, covering both infrastructure and solution architecture.
Person on this position will be responsible for the full infrastructure and platform environment, understanding the current architecture, maintaining architectural coherence, and further developing the solution in close cooperation with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Take over the
Enterprise Architect role
for an existing
Understand and document the current infrastructure and solution architecture
Act as a central architectural contact point for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Define, propose and enforce architectural decisions related to infrastructure, platform (OpenShift / Kubernetes), networking, storage, security, databases and monitoring
Ensure scalability, stability and security of the overall solution
Evaluate and guide decisions regarding scaling concepts




Collaborate closely with operations, development, security and client representatives
Act with strong ownership and authority to drive architectural proposals forward
Required Skills & Experience
Strong background in IT infrastructure architecture, including networking, storage and security
Experience with container platforms (Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift)
Good understanding of databases eg. Oracle, PostgreSQL
Experience with monitoring and observability, including: Grafana, Prometheus
Solid knowledge of scalability concepts in enterprise environments
Willingness to undergo a security clearance
Ability to work independently in a complex stakeholder environment
Strong personality, able to defend and enforce architectural decisions
Very strong German language skills C1/C2 required
Readiness for business travels (few times in a year)
Nice to Have
Knowledge of ArchiMate or TOGAF
Experience in public sector or regulated environments
