The role requires a strong functional and technical understanding ofMES platforms and manufacturing processes, with the ability to drive clarity inrequirements, support business process reengineering, manage site-level MESgovernance, and coordinate activities across the MES lifecycle from projectstart and site readiness through go-live, hypercare, and steady-state support.br/ph3Key Responsibilitiesbr/h3ulliAct asthe main site-level IT coordinator and governance contact for MES projectand support activities.br/liliBuildstrong working relationships with Operations, Quality, MSAT, Validation,site IT, Global MES, Infrastructure, ERP, vendors, and implementationpartners to drive alignment.br/liliCoordinateMES lifecycle activities including requirements, design, build, testing,training, go-live, hypercare, support handover, and steady-stateoperations.br/liliTracksite-level MES actions, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, andreadiness items with clear ownership and follow-up.br/liliCoordinatetechnical and functional discussions between site users, Global MES teams,and offshore development/configuration teams.br/liliSupportbusiness process reengineering and help align site processes with the coreMES template, standard ways of working, and practical shopfloor needs.br/liliDriveclarity in MES requirements by capturing site feedback, process gaps, userneeds, and local constraints in a structured way.br/liliSupportsite readiness activities including infrastructure, user access, shopfloordevices, printers, scanners, terminals, interfaces, and connectivity.br/liliCoordinaterequired testing and compliance-related activities by helping site teamsparticipate, provide inputs, and close actions as needed.br/liliLog,track,
