Inoltre, si assicuri di leggere tutti i requisiti relativi a questo ruolo.Executive AssistantThe incumbent will support the COO in both strategic and operational coordination, contributing to organizational effectiveness and the management of company priorities.This role will act as a strategic partner, capable of optimizing processes while actively fostering a collaborative environment and effective communication across departments.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the definition of corporate objectives and monitor key KPIs, contributing to the overall vision and achievement of results; Lead cross-functional and transversal initiatives, particularly those without a clearly defined owner within the organization; Act as a liaison between the COO and both internal and external stakeholders, preparing communication materials such as speeches, Board of Directors presentations,



and company newsletters; Filter and manage requests addressed to the COO, independently resolving operational matters and ensuring that management remains focused on high-impact activities.
