They are seeking an experienced bConstruction Manager /b bto oversee new-build and major renovation projects across Italy.
/b /ppbr/ppBased in Florence, the Construction Manager will provide hands-on oversight of multiple projects, working closely with ownership, architects, consultants, contractors, hotel operators, and local authorities to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of bquality, schedule, budget, and luxury-brand expectations /b.
/ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliOversee construction and major renovation projects from pre-construction through completion and handover.
/liliManage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and other project stakeholders.

/liliParticipate in contractor selection, procurement, contract negotiation, variations, and claims.

/liliStrong understanding of high-end finishes, interiors, MEP, quality control, and luxury hospitality standards.
