The role works in direct contact with sales teams and reports to the Inside Sales Manager, providing a tremendous opportunity to develop our business further.Proven experience in customer support via telephone and emailAbility to manage estimates and orders efficiently, from inception to invoiceStrong collaboration skills to address various supplier?related activitiesDeep understanding of customer and supplier portfoliosProactive approach to creating potential offerings and supporting customersDiligent follow?up on sales cases and orders through to executionTeam?player mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across Italy and beyondWhat We Are Looking ForBusiness proficiency in Italian and in EnglishAt least 3 years' experience in sales back?office or operations (preferred)Technical or commercial educationAdvanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Comfortable working both independently and as a team memberProactive, extroverted, self?sufficient and flexibleTaking responsibility for the dutiesWorking under pressure, understanding how details affect the big picture, and showing a positive can?do attitudeFacing challenges,
