/ppDue to several new contract awards, they are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to join their growing team.
Based in Italy, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our high-end fit-out and refurbishment projects, from inception to handover.

/liliDevelop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
/liliLead, motivate, and manage project teams, including site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
/liliMonitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
/liliOversee quality control and ensure all work meets our exacting standards and client expectations.
/liliConduct regular site visits and progress meetings.
/li /ulpstrongThe Person /strong /pulliProven experience as a Project Manager in the fit-out and refurbishment construction sector.




/liliDemonstrable experience in high-end/luxury fit out and refurbishment projects is essential.
/liliExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
/liliBased in Italy and eligible to work within the EU.
/liliFluency in Italian is required.
/liliProficiency in English (written and spoken) as a second language would be a significant advantage.
