What You'll OwnLeading all site operations across different Supply Chain functions (Production, Planning, Maintenance)
Building a high-performing culture where accountability, collaboration and development come first.
Driving productivity, efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensuring world-class standards in Safety, Quality and Food Compliance.
Translating business strategy into clear operational priorities and results.
Coaching and developing future leaders across the organization.
What You BringProven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Background in Engineering, Operations or Industrial Management.
Strong experience leading large teams within Food & Beverage or related industries.
