Si assicuri di leggere la descrizione completa qui sotto.Learn about our benefits designed for you to Thrive at work and at home.We boldly go.Where Is The WorkOn-Site (5 days)Statutory Account Team Leader (org title = RTR Country Leader Italy - Finance)Trane Technologies is seeking a Record to Report (RTR) Team Leader based in Trezzano sul Naviglio, Milan, Italy.In Italy, Trane Technologies operates through four statutory entities covering distribution and service activities, manufacturing, and support functions.This role is part of the RTR Statutory Reporting team, an experienced local team of three, based in Trezzano, within the broader Regional RTR organization of 14 professionals across multiple countries and part of the larger EMEA RTR function.Reporting to the Record to Report Regional Leader, the successful candidate will oversee statutory finance activities for three of the four Italian legal entities — one in Trezzano and two in Bari and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and statutory books of record, as well as full compliance with local statutory, tax, and corporate reporting requirements, Local GAAP, US GAAP, and Italian tax regulations.The successful candidate will also contribute to process improvement, automation, reporting excellence, and productivity initiatives,



while ensuring strong internal controls and high-quality financial governance.This is a full-time onsite role, working alongside your colleagues, with up to 30 days per year of flexible work location.Main ResponsibilitiesLead and support two experienced team members based in TrezzanoOversee monthly close activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of general ledgers, sub-ledgers, and related accountsEnsure compliance with Trane Technologies' Standards of Internal Control, FICAP requirements, and reporting timetablesPrepare and review balance sheet reconciliations in line with internal control standardsCoordinate the preparation of statutory financial statements and audit filesManage statutory audits and ensure timely completion of all required statutory filingsSupport the tax function and liaise with external tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely filing of local tax returnsEnsure compliance with VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and Transfer Pricing requirementsPrepare quarterly US GAAP tax provisions using OneSource for relevant legal entitiesLead and participate in MDI initiatives, including AI projects, automation, reporting improvement, and productivity actionsIdentify, address, and resolve compliance issues within the area of responsibilityMonitor and use performance metrics and KPIs to support continuous improvementBuild effective working relationships with business unit teams and cross-functional stakeholdersInternal InteractionsRTR Finance Shared Services Team, BangaloreSenior Finance Leaders for both the RtR function and the Business unitsTax, VAT,
