Global Project Business Quality Leader (m/f/d)In this role you will build and lead the Global Project Business Quality model to make quality a competitive advantage for Hager's project-driven solutions.
You will drive governance across the entire lifecycle—from specification and engineering to installation and after-sales—and ensure that hardware, software, and configurations perform together in customer environments.
You will lead quality improvements across fields, installations and partner networks while translating field feedback into structural gains.

Service and Group QualityDevelop partner qualification, onboarding, audits and performance improvementsMake quality performance visible with dashboards, KPIs and project reviewsProvide transparent reporting and recommendations to Project Business leadership and Group functionsUniversity degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related technical fieldSignificant international, project-driven industrial leadership experience in quality, engineering or operationsStrong exposure to complex electrical systems, engineered solutions or comparable technical project businessesSolid understanding xysqume of system, solution and application quality beyond product conformityProven experience with customer quality, field quality, complaints, escalations and warranty issues and Cost of Poor QualityKnowledge of quality and risk management, certification processes and ISO **** and CE requirementsHands-on experience with 8D, FMEA, root-cause analysis, Six Sigma or equivalent methodologiesExperience defining governance, processes and performance indicators across functions and regionsExperience in electrical distribution, switchgear, panel building, system integration, EPC or related environments (valued)#J-*****-Ljbffr
