We place them at the heart of what we do, providing challenging opportunities to develop within a great team in a supportive environment that allows them to reach their full potential.Key Responsibilities of the Role:Preparing and assigning work schedules to the mechanical team and subcontractorsPlan and schedule daily work.Supervising and motivating team membersEnsuring proper handling of mechanical materials and equipment during the installation stagesMaintaining safety standards and adhering to mechanical codes and permits to work.Supervision of the installing all the mechanical equipment that will install in the site, like chillers, AHU, pumps or any other mechanical systemsExperience with HVAC, cooling system, firefighting, plumbingExperience with Data Centre redundancy connectionControl and keep track of scope changes, engineering changes and any other changes, non-conformities and technical queriesReviewing work procedures, method statement and suggesting improvement measuresCoordinate with the different contractors the execution of the works,
