TXT Novigo, a company belonging to the Fintech branch of the TXT Group, a leader in IT services for the financial market, is looking for an RPG/AS400 Developer for its product development team. ### Who are we looking for? The figure we are looking for will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the proprietary Cheleo product, aimed at banks and financial companies for the management of leasing, factoring, financing, NPLs and salary-backed loans. Specifically, you will deal with: * Developing evolutions and bug fixing solutions for the application; * Maintaining product compliance based on regulatory provisions; * Collaborating with functional analysts and reference Project Managers to technically analyze the proposed solutions; * Collaborating with web development teams for the elaboration and implementation of application modernization solutions. ### What requirements should you have? * Knowledge of the RPG-ile language and the IBMi-AS400 operating system; * Knowledge of relational databases and SQL language; * Teamwork orientation; * Curiosity, propensity for learning and analytical spirit. #### Preferential requirements include:



* Development experience on software in the banking-financial sector; * Knowledge of the basic concepts of one of the areas covered by the Cheleo suite (leasing, financing, NPL, factoring and salary-backed loans); * Knowledge of PHP; * Diploma/Degree in IT disciplines * Experience or knowledge of low-code development platforms; ### Why choose TXT Novigo? * We believe that our people are our most important resource.
