Hire Feed is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join on a full-time basis in a remote-capable role. You will bring deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution to support strategic advisory services for clients.
You will conduct DCF, LBO, and comps analyses, prepare pitch books and memoranda, evaluate M&A; opportunities, and collaborate with senior bankers to structure deals and negotiate terms.
