We are seeking a highly experienced EMEA Leader to drive regional growth, commercial excellence, and strategic execution within our traction systems business. This is a key role responsible for expanding market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering sustainable profitability across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. What you will do: - Define and execute regional business strategies aligned with global objectives - Drive sales growth, market expansion, and go-to-market initiatives - Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance across the region - Optimize pricing strategies and cost structures to enhance competitiveness - Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities - Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and partners - Ensure excellence in project execution and customer delivery - Lead and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team (sales, marketing, support)
