In this role you will lead IT strategy projects within Gartner’s fast-growing Consulting practice, helping clients translate insights into transformational actions. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to enable business outcomes through technology strategy, modernization, and optimization. The role combines hands-on delivery with advisory leadership in digital transformation, cloud, and data initiatives. This is a chance to shape strategic decisions at the CIO and executive level in a hybrid, Italy-based setting.

Responsabilità
- Lead delivery of IT strategy projects and advise clients on technology-enabled outcomes
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape digital transformation programs
- Support enterprise-wide initiatives such as Cloud Strategy, Analytics, and cost optimization
- Develop and present strategic solutions and roadmaps for client engagements
- Mentor and motivate project teams to deliver high-impact results
- Adapt Gartner methodologies to address clients’ most pressing business challenges
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in a reputed management consultancy in a project delivery role
- Technical background in Application Development or Digital Transformation
- Knowledge in at least one core domain (e.g., Application Architecture, Cloud, Cost Optimisation, Data/GenAI)
- Experience with one or more IT solutions
- Strong teamwork and client-focused mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead cross-functional teams
- MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- Fluent in Italian
- Hands-on and multi-tasking capable
