As Product Sales Support Technician, you will be responsible for collecting data and generating the necessary reports, using statistical methods to identify areas of improvement, and working with the factories and management team to prioritize improvements and avoid the repetition of similar faults in the future.Conducting in-depth analysis to find the root cause of product claims returned by customers, discussing possible solutions with the responsible departmentsManaging the flow of product claim returns, from logging on the claims schedule up to compiling the claim report,
